Ohio NRC:
"I would like some other Democratic congressmen from other states in the committee, if that were possible." (nervous at all the conservative Republicans assigned)

*So technically, since we are conservative-controlled Congress, we can throw out this bill immediately, at the expense of the consequences: liberal media bashing, etc.

There are NRCs (not-real-Congressmen). They are based off our current number of Republicans and Democrats in the House.

I am going to pigeonhole this bill. HR 1. Wink

*90% of all bills in Congress are pigeonholed.

Or we can just go ahead and vote.

Therefore I call this committee to a vote. All in favor of this bill say aye.
All opposed say no.

Not to pop in, but how about you just throw it out Nem. Silentio (since you know that it would never pass)

I am not opposed to that; might be quicker.

Any thoughts anyone?

Throw it out. Since it was just an example of a "useless bill" that never makes on to Congress floor. I'm trying to teach you all that we do have the power to throw out a bill at our whim. That's what committees are for. Razz

Well I guess this committee is free for more legislation.
