Title of Bill: Federal Pregnancy Healthcare Bill
An Act to Mandate Federal Overseeing of Pregnancy Healthcare
BE IT ENACTED BY THE AMERICAN PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT
Preamble:
SECTION 1: This act may be cited as, “Federal Pregnancy Healthcare bill.”
SECTION 2: State governments shall abide under federal rules concerning healthcare of pregnancy, abortion, adoption, and other related incidents.
SECTION 3: An agency will be created called the Federal Pregnancy Healthcare Center to enforce this bill.
SECTION 4: Funding for Planned Parenthood should be restarted at $10 million per year.
SECTION 5: This bill shall go into effect 30 days after passage.
